Pranalife Yoga is an energizing style of yoga for relieving stress, getting a good stretch, and developing great overall physical strength. We draw from the Ashtanga ("Power") flow yoga series, integrating flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination, and strength in a rejuvenating mind-body workout. It's a great way to stay healthy and balance the demands of other activities (or inactivity) on your body. There's no good reason you wouldn't want all of that, right?
