Few people learn how to access the power of a complete yoga practice. Pranalife Yoga connects what you practice on your mat with how you live off your mat in order to make you healthier, happier, and more empowered.

About the Pranalife Yoga Practice

Every Pranalife session is taught as a sequence of postures based on the Ashtanga (sometimes called “Power”) yoga style. We begin in basic poses and add progressively more challenging options, giving you the ability to evolve your lifelong practice class by class, pose by pose, breath by breath.

Prerequisites

No previous yoga experience is required to begin at Pranalife, though a willingness to sweat helps. Each of our classes builds on the strengths and abilities you gain from easier levels, allowing us to support your evolving yoga practice. 

Pranalife Yoga is vigorous but not grueling. You should be in decent shape, and with a good sense of humour you'll have a great mind/body workout. We don't practice in a heated room. When you practice with Pranalife you'll generate your own heat and raise your metabolism at the same time for long-lasting effects.

 

NOTE: Asia is in full-time PhD studies until spring of 2012, and is not currently running public classes. create a profile to get our newsletter with announcements for new classes in 2012.

Personalized Group Sessions

If you have a group (eg. runners, athletics clubs, corporate) of people at work, home, or in your circle of friends who are interested in yoga, we can offer you personalized sessions in our Studio’s upper room. Your Pranalife instructor will create sessions specifically geared to your interests and needs.

Private Sessions

If you are interested in private sessions (up to 4 people), a Pranalife instructor and space can be booked at our lovely Uptown Waterloo Pranalife Yoga Studio for personalized sessions based on your goals.

Think you're too busy to fit a full yoga class in? Think again.
