Pranalife Yoga was Founded in 2006 by Advanced Yoga Instructor Asia Nelson. We offer yoga classes, private yoga, personalized group yoga sessions, the original Got Yoga? 30- and 45-min yoga sessions, retreats (the Tuscany Yoga+Cooking retreat being a favourite) and special events like the popular Vine & Vinyasa Yoga+Wine+Chocolate/Cheese/Pastry evenings. Pranalife's most exciting development has been its innovative Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program, which has launched numerous teachers into vibrant careers since 2008.
