“What makes the difference in yoga is the instructor. You need one with integrity, one you can respect and trust. Asia is that teacher.”

Lead Yoga Teacher Trainer
Yoga is more than a system that has given me a powerful body. It has shown me how to change my mind, heart, and life. That yoga - the kind you play with on the mat in order to change your life off the mat - is what fuels my teaching.
Asia began practicing yoga in 1998 and became a Certified Advanced Yoga Instructor in 2003. She is an active member of IAYT (the International Association of Yoga Therapists) and leads Pranalife Yoga's acclaimed Yoga Teacher Training. Asia has taught over two thousand hours of yoga. Her main influence comes from Ashtanga but she has studied and practiced most major styles and her teaching methods integrate the best of these yogic approaches based on keen observation and analysis of what is effective for inspired health and living.
Pranalife Yoga's Immersions and Teacher Training come from Asia's passion to support dedicated to yogis who want to go from good to great. Asia has created an innovative experience, including bringing in renown guest speakers such as University of Waterloo's back biomechanics specialist Dr. Stuart McGill and JP Tamblyn of Ahimsa Yoga in Toronto.
