Owned by Ironman and pro triathlete Jeff Beech and his beautiful partner Annika Beech, this spacious studio has lots of natural light and an open atmosphere. You’ll instantly feel like family and understand quickly why Asia loves to be affiliated with Jeff and Annika and the Studio Energi team.

Classes are high-energy and fun, focused on strength, balance and breath. Sessions are pre-registered, with drop-ins welcome if space permits.
