30 Days of Yoga: Day 30 The Neverending Story of your yoga
Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 11:54 AM |
Pranalife Yoga Well, this 30 Day Yoga Challenge has been quite a journey. I’ve reviewed in previous posts what effects it has had on me; I’d love to hear how these posts and your own yoga journey have affected your life as well. Feel free to share your thoughts and reflections in the comments section below.
I believe that sometimes we simply need to take a small step, like I did with this journey with Deborah, to make some very big differences. Whether those differences come or not isn’t up to us, but creating the possibility for change - that IS up to us. I hope this journey has been one way for you to do that in your own life. It certainly has been a tool for change in mine.
To give a blog’s version of “namaste” to this adventure we’ve shared, I think it’s apropos to invite Deborah to lead it for us. Here is her video, giving her final thoughts on the 30 Day Yoga Journey. Namaste.

They say you can make or break a habit in 30 days. Change is usually scary, but sometimes the most powerful changes we can make start out very subtly. Yoga is like that for me, but the changes I see in myself on the mat are flooding into my life off the mat. Neverending story is a very appropriate post title, because that's exactly how i feel!
