Pranalife Yoga Classes
Prerequisites
No previous yoga experience required. A sense of adventure and willingness to sweat a must.
Pranalife Yoga is vigorous but not grueling. You should be in decent shape, but with a good sense of humour we can work with your body’s biography for a safe, great mind/body workout.
About the Pranalife Practice
Every class is taught as a flowing sequence of postures based on the Ashtanga (sometimes called “Power”) yoga style. We move through postures using breath, beginning in basic poses and adding progressively more challenging options so you can move as deeply as you need in each class, every time.
I am your guide: you are your guru. I’ll offer you the framework of each posture with innovative ways of approaching poses and modifications for safety or as strengthening stepping stones. You’ll learn to create an intelligent, powerful practice designed specifically for you.
