Welcome to Pranalife Yoga! Started by Advanced Yoga Instructor Asia Nelson in 2006, Pranalife has grown to become a leading centre for advancing yoga practices in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

Our teachers are committed to creating great yoga experiences every time we step on the mat to breathe and move with other practitioners. For us, yoga is more than moving on a mat. It’s a philosophy, a tao, a style of living. Pranalife Yoga is focused on practicing the art of becoming fit for life in every way. We rock the mat, and we rock life off the mat.
