Pranalife Yoga Classes

 

Studio Energi

Pranalife Yoga classes at Studio Energi:

$150.00 for 10 classes +hst

Register and pay when you arrive at the studio. Sessions can be pro-rated if you’ll be away for a few weeks, and you’re always welcome to make up any classes missed by attending any of Studio Energi’s other fitness and yoga classes! Impact Movement Studios Inc.

All of Impact’s classes are $12.00, drop-in and pay-as-you-go. There are no enrollment or registration fees. For more information, visit www.impactmovement.ca.

Personalized Sessions

 

Personalized sessions are $15/class+hst for each participant with a minimum enrollment of seven (7) people. You choose the number of sessions, day and time.

Private Sessions

 

Sessions are for four (4) people maximum, and are done in a space of your choosing (home, office, or studio)

Power Hr	- 60 minutes of targeted and powerful Pranalife Yoga	$70.00
Standard	- 75 minutes of integrated Pranalife Yoga and breath work	$90.00
Classic	- 90 minutes of more detailed, progressive Power Yoga instruction	$120.00
Advanced	- 120 minutes of Primary + intro Secondary Ashtanga Series	$150.00

Additional Information for Private Sessions

Travel under 15 minutes one-way is included in the base rate. Locations outside KW incur an additional $30 travel fee for destinations over 15 minutes up to an hour one-way. All sessions are billed at $70 for the first hour, even if the session is shorter. All sessions are pre-paid. The minimum package is 6 sessions (which do not have to be used sequentially).

Scheduling

Changes or cancellations for private sessions can be made up to 24hrs before the scheduled session without charge. If a session is cancelled or changed less than 24hrs before it is scheduled, you are charged full price for the booked time.
